A young woman discovers that the visiting “Uncle Charlie” is not what he seems.

She is elusive, as she constantly changes not only names, but also her appearance. Mark Rutland, a business partner of one of Marnie's former victims, exposes her when she takes a job with him. But instead of turning Marnie in to the police, Mark blackmails her into marrying him. He discovers her deep-seated fear of men, sex, thunderstorms, and the color red...

Despite the propaganda overtones of the movie due to the time it was made, this is a wonderful Hitchcockian story about a man wrongly accused of sabotage who crosses half the country to find the real culprits.

Gangster Buddy Israel has agreed to cooperate with the FBI and testify against his Mafia cronies. For his life the head of the mafia appointed a large reward of a million dollars, and Buddy is in real danger to say goodbye to his life before the trial.

Protection of Israel is entrusted to two FBI agents - Messner and Carruthers, who will have a difficult task to protect an important witness from hired killers. But the work of the agents is complicated by the fact that Buddy himself is not used to sitting in four walls and strives to appear in crowded places and attract everyone's attention.
