The near future, Los Angeles. To combat high crime rates, the government begins using the “Mercy” AI judicial system, which determines whether a suspect is guilty and carries out the sentence itself. Two years later, veteran police officer Chris Raven finds himself in the defendant’s chair—the very man who sent the first criminal to “Mercy” for judgment. Chris is accused of murdering his own wife, and he has just 90 minutes to prove his innocence to the heartless machine.

New York City police officer Remo Williams joins a top-secret project. In order for this unnamed organization to bring the most influential and powerful villains in the United States—who exploit loopholes in the Constitution to evade justice—to justice, Remo must become the organization’s instrument of retribution. His mentor in the deadly Korean martial art of Sinanju—a centuries-old source of all Eastern martial arts styles—is Master Sinanju Chiun. The film opens with a man wearing black sunglasses and red gloves pulling his car over to the side of the road, where a prostitute is standing, and brutally murdering her… The scene then shifts to a film crew shooting a horror movie titled “Dirty Blood.” The film crew’s director comes up with the brilliant idea of holding a séance for the directors and producers, and a famous psychic (a woman) is invited for this purpose. However, during the séance, some “evil” force intervenes, its invisible presence “knocking out” the psychic, forcing the séance to be abruptly halted. But from that very moment, mysterious murders begin to occur among people connected to the film shoot…
