London is gripped by fear due to a series of murders committed by a mysterious figure who emerges from the darkness. Two police officers are trying to catch the killer.

Oda Nobunaga married Nohime purely for political reasons, so their relationship leaves much to be desired—they are constantly arguing and clashing. One day, Imagawa Yoshimoto attacks the province of Owari. His army outnumbers Nobunaga’s forces, and Nobunaga falls into despair, but Nohime comes to his aid. Together, they devise a plan to confront their powerful enemy.

On April 26, 1986 at 1:23:45 during a safety experiment at the Chernobyl nuclear power plant, a reactor explosion and fire occur. Alarmed firefighters without special protection arrive at the accident site, unaware that they are in the epicenter of the largest man-made disaster in the history of mankind. The ChNPP management assures the Kremlin that the situation is under control and the radiation background is normal, but at the insistence of Academician Legasov, he and Deputy Chairman of the Council of Ministers Boris Shcherbina are sent to investigate what is happening on the spot.

Divided into four sections, "Song" is inspired by the Siberian and Finno-Ugric legends about Creation, in which the world begins with characters who are only half-human, one being half-bird, the other half-bear. The narrator delves into the origins of Hungarian culture, the Iranian and Turkish influences that impacted the society, and finally the story of Stephen, the emperor who brought Christianity to the country and shifted the capital west in an attempt to link with Europe.

Nino, an elderly art history professor, is still madly in love with his beautiful wife, Teresa, even after twenty years of marriage. But she is 18 years younger than him and dreams of László, the fiancé of their daughter, Lisa. Nino is tormented by jealousy, which only fuels his passion even more. April 6, 1917, the height of World War I, the Western Front in northern France. A British general assigns Corporal Blake and a fellow soldier to a deadly mission. They must cross enemy territory, seemingly abandoned by German troops, and deliver an order to cancel the offensive to the 2nd Battalion of the Devonshire Regiment, or else 1,600 soldiers will be trapped by the enemy, including Blake's brother.
