A group of people find themselves trapped, in the woods of West Virginia, where they are forced to fight for their lives against a group of vicious, and horribly ugly cannibals.

Franz spends the night in a village tavern near the castle and forgets the amulet. Soon he finds himself in the castle and meets the Countess de Vries, who turns out to be a vampire.
