A woman cautiously creeps along the ceiling like a fly. More and more victims die at the hands of a killer who died years ago. Flames rise, snakes crawl, and the earth opens up to reveal the writhing bodies of the damned. Evil returns.

A female medium, during a seance, saw the town of Dunwich, where the gates of hell were about to open. She fell into lethargy from terror and was almost buried alive. Already from the grave she was dug up by a journalist or a private detective, and the two of them went in search of the terrible city to prevent disaster. Meanwhile, in Dunwich, the dead came to life, it rained corpse worms, seeing a ghost, a girl vomited out all her insides, and one boy had his head drilled out on a machine.

One day an ordinary family - husband, wife and two small sons - goes to visit their grandfather on Christmas Eve. It so happens that one of the children is left alone with the old man, who has never said a word before and now suddenly starts telling his grandson all sorts of scary things about Santa Claus.

One day, people started disappearing in Tokyo. First, a young man who had developed a unique computer program that made communication between people easier than ever disappeared. His friends searched for him for several days, until his girlfriend came to his house and found the guy's shadow on the wall, which had melted away like smoke and left traces of some unknown substance.

While crawfish fishing, teenager David Morgan meets his new neighbor, 16-year-old Megan, who, with her 10-year-old sister Susan, lives with the Chandler family. Mrs. Chandler, whom the children call Ruth, is not the best mother. She has three sons whom she lets drink beer and sometimes has lewd conversations with them.
Megan and Susan have a difficult life at Aunt Ruth's house. They have to endure beatings and humiliation from family members. Meg can't stand it and reports it to the sheriff, for which Ruth decides to teach her a lesson.

In the university campus of one of the Miami colleges, biological experiments on animals were conducted in one of the laboratories. Next to the cage with a test monkey (as it turned out later crazy) was a young man, which she and bit. His wound becomes inflamed, and the man turns into a mutant, who runs away to the city and begins to attack innocent civilians and infect them with a dangerous crazy disease.

Teenage Mike witnesses mysterious events at the town's Morningside Cemetery. A grim undertaker - a two-meter tall Tall Man - steals fresh corpses directly from the graves and does something terrible with them in the depths of the funeral home. Mike's parents are dead, his older brother Jody does not believe him - it's hard to take seriously the boy's stories about evil zombie midgets and flying killer spheres. But soon Jody and his ice cream man friend Reggie will have to see for themselves just how dangerous the Tall Man and his creatures are.

The plot of this picture starts very traditionally: a young couple, an accident on the road, a request for help.... But nice people, so polite and courteous, turn out to be a collection of maniacs who will stop at nothing to indulge their perverted tastes.
