It's been a year. And that means that Halloween is approaching again and once again people have to put on scary masks. Jamie, as we remember, was placed in Haddonfield asylum, where she had an astral connection with the maniac and saw all his actions, as well as could predict the danger to people near him. It's Halloween, and Jamie has started to show signs of anxiety, getting into a shaky state every now and then. The girl is right-Michael is back again. Back to wreak bloody carnage once again....

During a lecture at a congress of parapsychologists, a woman who was giving a lecture and guessing the names of those in the audience and what they had in their pockets, went into a seizure, claiming that there was death in the audience, that she was seeing a horrible murder in a villa, that she was hearing a children's song. And that same night she is brutally stabbed to death with a huge cleaver by a man in a trenchcoat whom the jazz pianist saw. Unwittingly, the pianist is drawn into the story and begins his own investigation.
