Bubba Ritter, a mentally challenged young man, is unjustly accused of killing a little girl. A mob of angry citizens takes revenge on him. But soon, one of the attackers mysteriously dies.

The sequel takes place four years after the original events. Ching has 14 months left before his release from prison, and he doesn't want to get into trouble, avoiding fights whenever possible and trying to get along with his new boss, Tsui Kam Kong. However, this is not so easy when your boss has it in for you, and a lucky opportunity arises to frame Ching: the fact is that a major war is brewing in prison between representatives of the "honky" and the Chinese themselves.
