Jigsaw is dead, but his business is alive and well, and in the stomach of the deceased, Detective Hoffman discovers a tape with the rules of another game. His partner Rigg enters the game and has only ninety minutes to save Detective Eric Matthews. The FBI agents who joined the investigation are frantically trying to put together all the pieces of the puzzle and predict the next step of the dead, but still deadly maniac.
