A black guy makes money on the streets of his neighborhood by dealing drugs, committing robberies, murders and other illegal activities. His life is literally a black hole in the wall.

2012. Howard Ratner owns a small jewelry store in New York. Being a big NBA fan, he can't imagine his life without betting on games, so he is up to his neck in debt and constantly hiding from creditors.
