The Matrix has been evolving ever since 1999. Today, it is one of the best sci-fi adventures in the annals of Hollywod, especially if you’re looking at the premium category. As we’re about to see, it offers a lot.
As for the plot... reality or illusion? The world of Neo (Keanu Reeves) gets out of the joint. Neo is a hacker, but rather a small light in the big crime jungle. Therefore, he is not surprised when he sees a few strange guys standing before his door. He can also have guessed that he will soon make an important figure in a game that is hard to believe. The shady Smith (Hugo Weaving) and his helpers chase the computer expert who leads a double life. During the day he does a regular job, at night he hacks into complicated network systems. Not only the agents are interested in Neo, but a small rebel group led by the charismatic Morpheus (Lawrence Fishburne) also does it...

Star Wars: Episode I - The Phantom Menace 4K 1999
For sixteen years the fans of the first three Star Wars episodes had to wait until director George Lucas finally got again his hand on the series in 1999 continued with this prequel. Words like nostalgia, warmth or character are a dime a dozen when it comes to the movies like this one.
Such prospects naturally do not leave a busy filmmaker like George Lucas alone, and so he embarked on the project of moving the six parts of his Star Wars saga into the new dimension and bringing them to the cinema again – starting by Star Wars: Episode 1 — The Phantom Menace.
Suffice it to say that Episode 1 is about young Anakin Skywalker (later Darth Vader - one of the most menacing movie villains). Jedi Knight Qui-Gon Jinn discovered this accidentally when he had to make an emergency landing on an abandoned desert planet during a mission with his student Obi-Wan Kenobi. The possible dangers of discovering Anakin Skywalker are only hinted at in this episode. His real change only begins gradually in Episode 2 - Attack of the Clones. Star Wars Episode 1 is often called too cheerful, too colorful and too family-friendly. In some cases there is something to be said about these claims.
This movie starring Liam Neeson, Ewan McGregor, and Natalie Portman is a must for Star Wars fans, for completeness alone. Nevertheless, the film is technically and visually not a hit. It is the only Star Wars film that is released for ages 6 and up and you can tell. Unfortunately.
Enjoy now without waiting in 4K Blu-ray and Dolby Atmos!
Godzilla 4K 1998
Here's stab in the dark: Biologist Niko Tatopoulos (Matthew Broderick), who deals with the radioactive radiation, is targeted at the dangerous mutants, with the support of the French secret agent Philippe Roache (Jean Reno). Together, the two men make an appalling discovery: Godzilla's unruly anger is no accident. To ensure the survival of mankind, action must be taken quickly and radically.
Roland Emmerich's Godzilla is an action film from 1998. This is a free remake of the Japanese classic of the same name from 1954, which is now available on 4K Blu-ray and Dolby Atmos. Still, what seems like a clever marketing plan at first can turn into rust quickly, not gold...
Batman and Robin 4K 1997
Of all the series, Batman & Robin offers the most balanced and neutral presentation when it comes to the newly mastered Blu-ray. It is neither too colorful nor too cool. Compared to the previous Blu-ray, which was significantly darker than 4k blu-ray in some settings, the lead is remarkably large. The old Blu-ray is far too yellowish and undifferentiated compared to facial settings. The sound in Dolby Atmos is also excellent.
Nevertheless, George Clooney is said to have said after the end of the filming that he believed that the film killed the franchise. At least for a few years, he was right.
Arnold Schwarzenegger had actually said during the filming of Terminator 2 – Day of Reckoning that he would never play a villain in a movie again. In Batman & Robin, he plays Mr. Freeze, who, obviously, is a villain. The reason for this could have been the fee. Schwarzenegger was paid $ 25 million. Not even George Clooney, who played the leading role, received so much.
