Battle Royale is a government-sanctioned violent game in which high school students are forced to participate under threat of annihilation. On a deserted island, 42 high school students will mercilessly kill each other for three days using random objects and wits. Only one will return from the island alive.

A terrorist places a radio-controlled bomb on a bus that will explode if the bus speed drops below 80 km/h.
