An action-adventure film based on the exploits of the popular comic book character The Phantom. An ancient legend tells of the magical Tuganda Turtles, which grant destructive power to whoever possesses them. The keeper of the secret, the noble “hero in a mask” Kid Walker, faces off against the villain Drax, who is obsessed with the idea of unlimited power over humanity.
