In four overlapping stories, characters break Halloween traditions and get themselves into big trouble. We meet a teacher who is actually a serial killer; a virgin student waiting for her prince; a married couple where the husband loves All Saints' Day but the wife doesn't share his enthusiasm; and a group of teenagers planning a cruel prank.

This story unfolds in Great Britain. The hero returns to his homeland from America in order to find his missing brother. He receives rumors that in the suburbs of the city there is a terrible creature that tears apart the inhabitants of the surrounding villages. The case is investigated by the Scotland Yard police, and soon they become interested in a gentleman who has come to search for his brother.
