New York, 1799. Young Constable Ichabod Crane is sent to investigate mysterious murders in a place called Sleepy Hollow. All of the victims have been killed by the sword of a headless horseman - they have been decapitated and their heads have disappeared. Crane has to make sure that this is not a legend, but the terrible truth.

Writer James Foster is vacationing with his wife at a VIP resort in a third world country.
