October 31, 1978. A wave of bloody murders sweeps through the city. Residents whisper the name of Michael Myers, a murderous maniac who has reappeared just in time for Halloween. His previous victim Laurie Strode survived, and he's back to finish what he started. This time his pursuit of Laurie leads him to a hospital, and in its dark corridors, the cold-blooded, unkillable psychopath finds his victims.
