Rouge 4K 1987
1934. Chan Chen Pang is a socialite and playboy who frequently visits opium dens. There, he meets the courtesan Fleur. A passionate romance blossoms between them, which draws disapproval from the man’s influential family. Their love is doomed, and, seeing no other way out, the couple decides to commit suicide together so they can be reunited in the afterlife. Fifty years later, Fleur returns from hell to the world of the living to find her beloved, puzzled as to why he never showed up.
