The Devil's Backbone 4K 2001
A harrowing tale of 12-year-old Carlos, who, following his father’s death, is sent to the Santa Lucía School under the care of Headmistress Carmen and Professor Casares. The boy’s father was a rebel killed in battle against Franco’s regime. And although the shelter is overcrowded with children, the school principal compassionately takes young Carlos in.
