If your grandmother's village has no peers, only old men and old women, any vacation can turn into a punishment. Sent by her parents to a remote village for the summer, 10-year-old Mary doesn't know what to do every day. One day the girl decides to follow a stray cat and accidentally finds a magic flower in the forest. From the petals of this “witch's eye” a simple kitchen broom suddenly comes to life and takes the girl far beyond the clouds, to the very real school of witchcraft and magic. Having met the local teachers, Mary decides to pass herself off as a new student from a powerful witch family.
